FPS Apparel Expands Into New Production Facility & Office

Growing custom clothing manufacturer relocated to a larger facility in Orange County, New York this past week.
Chester, NY: With its business expanding and manufacturing growing, custom clothing manufacturer FPS Apparel completed a relocation to a larger, upgraded production facility last week. The new facility, located only 10 minutes from it's previous location in Florida, NY, will house approximately the company's sewing machines, pattern maker, sublimation printers, a new laser cutter, individual offices, a showroom, and plenty of inventory space.
Company President, Jay Feinberg, is very excited about the move. “It's a move that's been a long time coming”, Feinberg said. “We outgrew our old space years ago. To finally be able to spread out a little bit, in a building layout that makes much more sense logistically, all of our operations will be smoothed out and everything will become much more efficient."
With more and more of their production processes being brought in-house, FPS needed a space that was not only a little bit larger, but also provided them with additional storage racks for inventory and office areas. That is exactly what they found. The new building in Chester, NY will also hold FPS Apparel's new laser cutter machine - another main reason for the move. The laser cutter will greatly impact FPS production - cutting down turn times. The company hopes to be able to lower minimums on their unique , made-in-usa customized apparel in the near future with the updated space and production capacity.
