Primary Facilities
In addition to our overseas partners, we also manufacture nationally with locations across the United States. Our facility in Chester, NY is responsible for merchandising and sample development, digital printing, laser cutting, and Gerber automatic cutting. Our secondary facility in North Bergen, NJ offers full production on all items as well.
In House Operations
Our domestic facilities are responsible for fabric sourcing/selection, pattern development as well as cutting, grading and even sewing! We employ up to 80 sewers depending upon the project which equates to approximately 25,000 units per week.
Additional Decoration
We have also developed a set of strategic partners to support full package programs such as the addition of embroidery and screen printing in Chicago IL, Blauvelt NY, Secaucus NJ, and Charlotte, NC. Currently we have the ability to screen print up to 70,000 units per week and embroider up to 50,000 units per week!
