We appreciate the opportunity to serve you and your branded apparel needs.  The following are our standard terms of service for fulfilling your orders.

F.O.B.

All prices are FOB FPS Apparel NY Distribution Center and are subject to change without notice.

Terms

Net terms for credit approved orders. Visa, Master Card, and American Express accepted for orders below $5,000 and will incur 3.5% convenience fee. ACH wire prepay is also accepted for large orders where credit terms have not been approved.

Shipping

Freight charges vary based on shipping location.  No additional fee will be added to shipping when using third party ship accounts.

Pricing

Pricing is subject to change from time to time without notice and/or based on the level of customization (i.e. fabric, material, design) work required. Product description page pricing applies for most standard custom print orders. An FPS sales representative will contact you with updated pricing for non-standard custom orders.

Sales Tax

Sales tax may be applied to orders where a reseller certificate has not been provided nor confirmed for the customer company placing the order.

Order Minimums

Order minimums are determined on a product-by-product basis and can be found on product description pages.

Private Label

Private labeling is available upon request. Please contact a sales representative for pricing and details.

Shortage/Overage

Due to the custom nature of FPS Apparel's products, please allow for as much as a 3% difference in the quantity of items ordered.

Drop Ship Services

Drop shipping is available for an additional cost per location and costs can be provided following final quantities and delivery plan.

Returns

Due to the custom nature of our business, FPS Apparel does not accept returns or exchanges. We guarantee that your order will be made correctly. If you find anything wrong with your order, please contact an FPS sales representative within 10 business days of receipt so that we may correct your order.
