Shipment Processing Time
Online orders & Sample Orders
We do our best to process and ship online and sample orders within 3-5 business days. At checkout, you will be able to select your preferred shipping option.
Custom Orders
Domestic orders have a general production time of 2-4 weeks (depending on exact product & decoration)
Overseas orders vary and can take up to 90 days for production + transit. Contact us for specific timing on your order: sales@fpsapparel.com
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We strive to bring you the most competitive shipping rates available. Shipping charges for your online order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We typically ship via UPS. If you would like to use your UPS account number or have an issue on a shipment, contact us at sales@fpsapparel.com

Shipping to PO Boxes
UPS currently does not allow shipments to PO Boxes
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International Shipping Policy
Online orders & Sample Orders
International shipping is available through DHL & USPS. FPS Apparel is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
Custom Orders
Custom overseas orders can ship either by boat (30-35 days) or air (5-7) depending on your project and timeline. Contact your sales rep for the best shipping option and cost.
